The Vodafone World of Difference Award: This was an eight-week programme (from 19th January to 13th March 2015) where two senior employees of Vodafone were designated to work in our organisation bringing in their corporate experience to develop strategies for scaling up current projects and taking the organisation ahead. Was a very rewarding experience.
U-Respect was represented in the conference on “Sharing of Best Practices: Improving Maternal, New Born and Child Health in India” on 24 th March, 2018, organised by FICCI, New Delhi.
Dr. Arundhati Char, President, presented U-Respect Foundation’s innovation in sexual and reproductive health and rights among tribal communities in India, and discussed outcomes and impact of a three-year intervention at a workshop on “Can new technologies improve sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR)?”.
This was organised jointly by the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) and Väestöliitto, Helsinki, Finland on 18 th June, 2018.
Our Co-Founder Arti Kandala was conferred the Vocational Excellency Award by Rotary Club of Satellite City, Navi-Mumbai for her services towards the rural and BoP Population in bring about a changes in their health and well-being.
